2018年信托从业人员继续保持在2万人以上的高位,从业人员数量渐趋稳定,但增速波动中下行明显。行业员工集中度逐年降低,不同信托公司人员数量的差距在明显缩小,行业人力配备更加稳定均衡。从业人员以中青年为主,30~39岁人员占比过半,硕博学历员工比例持续攀升,员工主要配置在信托业务条线,体现信托公司不断优化人才结构、增强人员素养,集中力量夯实主业推动行业转型的趋势。从人员发展与公司业绩表现来看,行业人均指标全面下调,信托公司间发展出现分化,且各年间表现具有波动性,稳健经营将成为第一要务。
<<In 2018,the number of trust professionals remained at a high level of more than 20000,but the growth rate was declined rapidly. Employee concentration in the industry is decreasing year by year,the gap between the number of personnel in different trust companies is narrowing,and the staffing of the industry is more stable and balanced. Employees are mainly young and middle-aged,the proportion of highly educated staff continues to rise,and the staff is mainly allocated in the line of trust business,reflecting the trend that trust companies continue to optimize the talent structure,enhance personnel quality,and concentrate on main business. Meanwhile,the industry per capita indexes have been downgraded comprehensively,and the performance of trust companies differed and fluctuated in each year,companies with prudent management will achieve better development.
