Since the establishment of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund in September 2014，the first phase of the investment of the Big Fund has been completed，covering leading enterprises，potential enterprises and projects in the design，manufacture，packaging & test and equipment & materials areas，with remarkable results.
