    全球集成电路设备和材料业发展概况

    摘要

    设备和材料是集成电路产业发展的基石。2018年,全球集成电路设备业市场规模继续稳步提升,韩国继续稳坐龙头宝座,中国大陆地区强劲发展,以高达56%的市场增速首次超越中国台湾地区,跃升至全球第二位,之后为中国台湾地区和日本。全球集成电路核心设备制造技术由美国、日本、荷兰等少数国家和企业掌控,设备供应垄断趋势仍在不断加剧。全球集成电路材料业市场规模小幅提升,中国台湾地区连续第九年摘取桂冠,中国大陆继续排在第二位,之后为韩国和日本。从材料业产能看,日本企业占有绝对优势。我国集成电路设备和材料业较为薄弱,但在国家的各种利好政策下,高端关键设备和材料从无到有,已经形成一定的支撑能力,未来也将迎来国产设备和材料的发展良机。

    Abstract

    Equipment and materials technology are the cornerstone of the development of integrated circuit industry. The development of technology relies on the equipment and materials. In 2018,the market scale of global integrated circuit equipment industry continued to increase steadily,South Korea continued to take the lead. China developed strongly,surpassing Taiwan for the first time with a market growth rate of up to 56%,and jumped to the second place in the world,followed by Taiwan and Japan. Global integrated circuit core equipment manufacturing technology is controlled by a few countries and enterprises such as the US,Japan,the Netherlands,and the trend of equipment supply monopoly is still increasing. The global integrated circuit materials market has increased slightly. Taiwan has won the crown for the ninth consecutive year. China continued to rank second,followed by Korea and Japan. Judging from the production of materials industry,Japanese enterprises have absolute advantages. As far as China’s integrated circuit equipment industry is concerned,equipment and materials are relatively weak links in our country. With the advantages of national policies,high-end key equipment and materials have developed from scratch,which has formed a certain supporting capacity. In the future,there will also be good opportunities for the development of domestic equipment and materials.
