The European integrated circuit industry has integrated M&A activities frequently，which has weakened the overall competitiveness. Faced with the downturn in the development of the integrated circuit industry，the EU and the industry are vigorously calling for independent control and action to promote the strong alliance of all Europe，stepping up the pre-emptive layout of semiconductor technology in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence and smart cars，and jointly improving the competitiveness of European integrated circuit industry.
