新材料是产业变革的先驱,所谓“一代材料、一代产业”,产业的转型升级背后是新型材料的大规模推广和应用。当前我国制造业正处在转型升级的关键阶段,加快发展新材料对建设制造强国具有重要战略意义。应用推广是新材料产业发展的核心环节,也是新材料产业化道路的重要掣肘。当前我国新材料应用推广过程中普遍存在不好用、不敢用、用不起、用不好等问题,产业发展卡在了应用推广关。如何加快新材料应用推广,确保下游企业愿意用、放心用、用得好,减少高端材料、关键材料对外依赖,以提升国产新材料竞争力,确保国家工业经济安全,成为我国新材料产业发展面临的重要课题,需要予以重点关注。
