At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the magnificent goal from building a moderately prosperous society in all respects to the basic realization of modernization and then to building a powerful socialist modernization country in all respects was put forward，in which narrowing the income distribution gap and expanding the middle-income groups were important. Through retrospection of industrialization process of developed countries，the completion of industrialization is also a process in which national income is continuously increased，middle-income groups are continuously expanded and the gap between rich and poor is continuously narrowed. Corresponding to the current stage of industrialization development in China，this report is based on industrialization theory and economic history methodology. In this report，the law of wage growth trend is summarized through investigation of wage growth in the industrialization process of developed countries，providing references for studying and judging the current situation of wage income growth in the industrialization process of China.
