    中国地区工资收入差距分析报告(2018~2019)

    摘要

    本文基于国家统计数据,分析自改革开放以来我国工资收入差距的发展变化,并从工资收入水平、工资增长速度,以及城镇私营、城镇非私营单位等多个角度对2017年我国地区间工资收入差距现状进行了具体分析。研究结果表明,改革开放以来我国地区间工资收入差距呈波浪式逐渐扩大、高工资地区和低工资地区相对集中且固化的趋势。地区工资收入差距产生的原因与不同地区之间经济发展的不平衡、要素禀赋的差异、劳动力流动障碍与市场分割、对外开放程度、产业集聚程度以及政策体制因素有关。缓解地区工资收入差距,必须站在经济发展战略的高度采取有效措施,促进地区间经济社会的协调均衡发展,才能从根本上解决地区工资收入差距问题。 <<

    Abstract

    Based on the national statistical data,the change of wage income gap in China since reform and opening up is analyzed and the current situation of wage income gap between regions in 2017 from multiple perspectives including the wage income level,wage growth rate,urban private-owned enterprises and urban non-private-owned enterprises is analyzed in detail in this report. The study results show that since reform and opening up,the wage income gap between regions of China has been wavelike widened gradually,presenting a centralized and solidified tendency in high-wage regions and low-wage regions. The reasons for regional wage income gap are related to the imbalance of economic development,the difference in factor endowment,the labor flow barriers and market segmentation,the degree of opening up,the degree of industry agglomeration and the policy system between different regions. For the alleviation of regional wage income gap,the effective measures are must be taken at the height of economic development strategy to promote the coordinated and balanced development of economy and society between regions,so that the problem of regional wage income gap could be solved fundamentally.
