城市轨道交通前期工程设计、建设对线路后期运营影响非常大,运营单位将运营经验教训转化为运营需求,介入前期设计建设,对推动工程质量提升、实现高品质运营有着重要意义。本文结合郑州地铁的经验做法,从组织机构、工作机制、标准制度、体系机制建设等方面研究运营需求管理的工作思路,并提出介入过程中需要关注的问题及解决思路,为城市轨道交通运营同行提供参考。
<<With the rapid development of urban rail transit,construction of new subway lines has been under way. As the early-stage project construction has a great influence on the later stage line operation,the operation unit can fully involve in the project construction,which is of great significance to promote the improvement of project quality and realize high-quality operation. Based on the experience and practice of Zhengzhou Metro operation intervention in power supply system construction,this paper studies the management ideas of operation demand(operation intervention)from the aspects of organization,working mechanism and standard system,and puts forward the problems needing attention and solutions in the process of intervention,so as to provide reference for rail transit operation units to do a good job in operation intervention in new line construction.
