Based on the experience of Shanghai urban guarantee，this paper explores the working mechanism of large-scale activity guarantee on the basis of classification and importance analysis，and summarizes the role of urban rail transit in large-scale activity guarantee and its main guarantee measures. Finally，this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement of the outstanding problems in the guarantee work of large-scale urban activities.
