本报告系统梳理了网络化条件下企业管理与单线条件下企业管理的区别,即由服务、维修的“二维模式”转变为服务、维修、线网的“三维模式”。重点讨论了企业管理模式、精细化管理要求、人才培养现状及企业标准化建设情况,选取了重庆、深圳、南京等城市组织架构变革案例和标准化建设和标准清理案例,从探索建立与网络化运营需求相适应的管理模式、加强人才培养、完善企业标准化管理体系等方面提出了需求和建议。
<<This chapter systematically pointed out the difference of enterprise management between network conditions and single line conditions,which is from the “two-dimensional mode” of service and maintenance to the “three-dimensional mode” of service,maintenance and network.
