本报告从列车运行计划协同编制、换乘站时刻表衔接、网络化行车组织需求以及应急条件下行车组织调整等方面概括了网络化行车组织的特点和主要变化,重点分析了线路运能匹配和单线故障时线网韧性两方面现状及面临的主要问题,选取混合交路、车辆增购、同站台换乘、线路拆分和故障传播等典型案例,分析网络化运营条件下存在的问题、主要原因及改造效果,并从工程项目前期管理、运能配置及技术研发应用等方面提出规范化相关运营需求的方法及建议。
<<This report summarizes the characteristics and major changes of network train operation organization from the aspects of coordinated preparation of train operation plan,coordination of transfer station timetable,demand of network train operation organization and adjustment of train operation organization under emergency conditions,emphatically analyzes the current situation and main problems in line capacity matching and network toughness when single line fault. This chapter selects many typical cases such as mix routing,vehicle purchases,transfer in the same platform,line split and fault propagation to analyze the problems,main reasons and effects existing in the network operating conditions,and put forward standardization method and suggestions related to operational requirements from the aspects of engineering project prophase management,capacity configuration,and the application of technology research and development.
