本报告通过分析网络化条件下客运服务管理组织复杂、设施设备关联性强、管理主体多元化等特征,重点探讨了运营管理中服务质量、服务设施、服务安全、服务环境四个方面存在的问题及其产生的原因,选取车站改造、厕所革命、客伤管理等案例,明确了客运服务的实际需求,并从便民设施设计、导向标识管理、噪声管理、车站容纳能力设计等方面提出了优化建议。
<<This report analyzed the characteristics of passenger service such as the complex organization,close correlation between facilities,and diversification of management. It mainly discussed the issue and cause of operation management in the aspect of service quality,service facilities,service security,and service environment,and clarified the actual demand of passenger service. By selecting the case of station renovation,toilet revolution,passenger injury managemen and so on,the optimization suggestion are put forward from the aspects of convenience facilities design,guidance sign design,noise management and station capacity design.
