By introducing the current situation of rehabilitation services for the disabled in Guangzhou，the study demonstrate the characteristics and the development of the rehabilitation and the policy for the disabled in Guangzhou，pointing out the distinct progress of rehabilitation service in Guangzhou in recent years as well as the expansion of the relevant social policy. This study also comprehensively analyses the support of Rehabilitation Policies for the disabled in Guangzhou，pointing out that the rehabilitation laws and regulations system for the disabled is not perfect，the awareness of Rehabilitation Policies for the disabled is not high，the benefits of rehabilitation stations for the disabled need to be improved，and professional rehabilitation teachers are short for the disabled，and putting forward the improvement of rehabilitation services for the disabled. The countermeasures and suggestions include strengthening the propaganda of rehabilitation for the disabled，strengthening the construction of community rehabilitation stations to achieve full coverage，and improving the awareness of relevant policies.
