    广州家庭教育改革发展调研报告

    摘要

    改革开放以来,广州家庭教育起步早、行动快、成果多,在全国范围内创立了多个第一,形成了家庭教育“广州模式”。但受生活转型、家庭变迁、教育改革的外部环境影响,家庭教育面临问题和挑战。一是家庭教育管理体系尚不健全。二是家长学校等阵地内涵建设不足。三是家庭教育民间机构培育发展不足。四是家长家庭教育能力亟待提升。五是家庭教育研究尚未形成体系。新时代,广州家庭教育改革发展必须有新举措、新机制、新成效:一要推动家庭教育地方立法。二要深化家庭教育管理体制改革。三要健全家庭教育公共服务网络。四要深化家庭教育“放、管、服”改革。五要加强家庭教育基础领域研究和开发。

    Abstract

    Since the Reform and Opening-Up,the family education in Guangzhou has been charac-terized with early start,quick response,and fruitful results,nationally taking lead of other cities across the country and forming the Guangzhou Mode in family education. However,along with the transformation of life,changes of family,and the external environment,the problems and challenges of family education here arose. Firstly,incomplete administrative system of family education;secondly,insufficient connotation of school for parents;thirdly,inadequate monitor of non-governmental/private institutions education for family education;fourthly,the expectation of promoting the parental education capability;fifthly,unsystematic research on family education. In the new era,the revolutionary development of family education in Guangzhou is required to obtain new measures,new mechanism,and new effect. Firstly,to motivate the law-making locally for the family education;secondly,to deepen systematic reform of family education administra-tion;thirdly,to complete the public service network for family education;fourthly,to deepen re-forms to streamline administration,delegate more powers,improve regulation,and provide better services for family education;fifthly,to enhancing the foundation research and exploration of family education.
