The research objective of this report is to absorb successful experience and avoid risk traps through the analysis of the development process，policy system，core technology positioning and ecological coordinated development path of Japan’s hydrogen fuel cell motor vehicle industry，then explore and put forward precise and effective suggestions for the development of hydrogen fuel cell motor vehicle industry，and help build a new energy automobile industry base. In order to achieve the above research purposes，this study found that hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have been promoted in Japan and become an important industrial field in Japan through the ecological analysis of the Japanese hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry. China needs to strengthen technical research when developing new energy automobile industry. Overcome shortcomings，strengthen cooperation between China and Japan’s industrial chain，and build an industrial ecology in the era of automotive intelligence.
