    粤港澳大湾区背景下高铁经济发展路径

    摘要

    在粤港澳大湾区背景下,高铁能够更紧密地将“9+2”城市连接起来,有利于形成优势互补、共建共享的协同发展格局。树立区域协同的理念,对发展高铁经济至关重要;创新协同机制,是促进高铁城市联动的基本保障;借力高铁,有望实现区域产业地位跃升。高铁经济的基本效应是区域分工深化。高铁推动区域服务业市场极化发展,有利于发达城市做大制造业总部;并且,核心区产业外溢是高铁新区的重要机遇。高铁经济的一般路径是先人后产:集聚人气是第一发展阶段的重要目标;产业空间是第二发展阶段的核心内容;重大活动是城市地位跃升的有力推手。高铁经济的发展条件是交通互联。改善交通微循环有利于提升高铁吸引力,促进空铁联动可以扩大高铁影响力。

    Abstract

    Under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,high-speed rail can connect the “9+2” cities more closely,which is conducive to form a synergistic development pattern of complementary advantages,co-construction and sharing. Establishing the concept of regional synergetic is critical to the development of the economics of high-speed rail;innovation synergy mechanism is the basic guarantee for promoting high-speed rail city linkage;leveraging high-speed rail is expected to achieve a leap in regional industrial status. The basic effect of the economics of high-speed rail is the deepening of regional division. High-speed rail promotes polarized development of regional service industry market,which is conducive to large manufacturing headquarters in developed cities;and the industrial spillover in the core area is an important opportunity for the new high-speed railway zone. The general path of the economics of high-speed rail is to gather popularity first and then achieve production:gathering popularity is an important goal in the first stage of development;and industrial space is the core content in the second stage of development;major events are a powerful impetus for the rise of urban status. The conditions for the development of the Economics of high-speed rail are traffic interconnection. Improving traffic micro-circulation is conducive to enhancing the attractiveness of high-speed rail,and promoting air-rail linkage can expand the influence of high-speed rail.
