The hospitals’ problem of arrears with pharmaceutical companies had become increasingly serious，which raised widespread concern in society. In order to solve the problem of arrears and improve economic vitality，various government agencies continuously issued relevant policies and carried out a series of special actions.In 2018，with the support of the National Development and Reform Commission，the industry credit system construction was initiated in the medical-related field. Relevant industry associations jointly established a platform to share credit information，and conducted researches on the breach of faith problems of arrears in the medical-related field. This report introduced the relevant situation of the investigation，analyzed the causes of dishonesty，and proposed measures of exerting the self-discipline of the industry，relying on the credit management system to carry out comprehensive supervision，combining rewards with punishments，and utilizing industry governance.
