    绿色工厂和智能制造助推化学原料药行业实现高质量绿色可持续发展

    摘要

    纵观“中国制造2025”,绿色、低碳、高质量和可持续已然成为当前制造业发展过程中的主色调。化学原料药作为中国制造业基础性战略新兴产业,其发展面临产业集中度低、同质化严重、恶性无序竞争、碳生产力低、生产技术落后、环保压力大等问题。本文以伊犁川宁生物技术有限公司构建绿色工厂、实施基于高环保标准的抗生素中间体智能制造工厂新模式应用项目为典型案例,通过对其进行分析、研究,为破解化学原料药行业发展困局,加快化学原料药行业绿色转型升级和提质增效,助推行业提升在全球产业价值链的地位和市场竞争力,实现高质量绿色可持续发展,提供了一条可预见性的最优路径选择。

    Abstract

    In “Made in China 2025”,green,low carbon,high quality and sustainability had become the main tone in the current development of the manufacturing industry. Chemical APIs were the basic strategic industry of China’s emerging in the manufacturing industry. Its development faced problems such as low industrial concentration,serious homogenization,vicious and disorderly competition,low carbon productivity,backward production technology and high environmental pressure. This report took the application program of Yili Chuanning Biotechnology Co.,Ltd. as a classic example. It built a green factory and implemented a new model of intelligent antibiotic intermediate manufacturing factory based on high environmental protection standards. By analyzing and researching it,a predictable optimal path choice was provided,to solve the development dilemma of chemical API industry,to accelerate the green transformation and upgrading of the chemical API industry and improve quality and efficiency,to promote the industry’s position in the global industrial value chain and its market competitiveness,and to achieve high-quality green sustainable development.
