榆林市是全国典型的资源型城市。近年来,随着以榆林为中心的国家陕北高端能源化工基地建设的深入推进,榆林市经济持续增长,人民生活质量不断提高,房地产市场相对活跃。但受国家房地产调控政策趋紧、经济结构单一等影响,榆林市房地产业供给和需求发生了系列变化。本文重点分析了榆林市2017~2018年房地产业的发展现状、特点,揭示了发展中存在的问题及其原因,预测了2019年榆林市房地产业的发展趋势,最后提出了应对策略。
<<Yulin City is a typical energy resource city in China. With the deepening of the construction of the National High-end Energy and Chemical Base of Northern Shaanxi,the economy of Yulin City has continued to grow,the quality of life of the people has continuously improved,and the real estate market is relatively active in recent years,However,due to the single economic structure and the tightening regulation and control policies of real estate,and so on,the supply and demand of the real estate industry in Yulin City have undergone a series of changes. This paper analyzes the specific status,characteristics and problems of the development of Yulin real estate industry between 2017-2018,predicts the future development trend. Finally some relevant coping strategies are proposed.
