Yulin City is a typical energy resource city in China. With the deepening of the construction of the National High-end Energy and Chemical Base of Northern Shaanxi，the economy of Yulin City has continued to grow，the quality of life of the people has continuously improved，and the real estate market is relatively active in recent years，However，due to the single economic structure and the tightening regulation and control policies of real estate，and so on，the supply and demand of the real estate industry in Yulin City have undergone a series of changes. This paper analyzes the specific status，characteristics and problems of the development of Yulin real estate industry between 2017-2018，predicts the future development trend. Finally some relevant coping strategies are proposed.
