By means of data collection and investigation，the present situation of the real estate market in the central city of Ankang and the supply-demand relationship and price trend in the next five years are analyzed. The results show that in the next five years，the real estate prices in the central city of Ankang are generally on the decline，but the supply-demand relationship in some regions will be basically balanced and the prices will be basically stable. Finally，some suggestions are put forward.
