本报告结合宝鸡市经济社会发展目标、宏观经济概况,综合分析宝鸡市房地产业运营、房地产市场运行和保障性住房建设情况,并基于主成分分析法研究宝鸡市房地产周期波动,认为地区生产总值、居民消费水平、商品房销售面积是影响宝鸡市房地产周期波动的重要因素。在此基础上,分析宝鸡市房地产业存在的问题,提出相应的解决方法,最终对宝鸡市房地产业的发展做出展望。
