This article describes the operating condition of real estate market in Tongchuan from 2017 to 2018，including real estate companies，land planning，investment and construction scale，home sales，construction of affordable housing and estate management condition. This paper comprehensively and objectively analyzes the relationship between the real estate industry and economy and society，existing problems and causes in real estate，and forecasts the development trend of the real estate industry in 2019.
