The article firstly analyzes the development situation，investment situation，sales situation and the dynamic development of the real estate industry in Weinan City from 2014 to 2018. The using the supply and demand theory to analyze the development trend of Weinan，the article analysis the develop trend of real estate industry in Weinan city and discovered the main development problems existed. Finally，combined with the construction of affordable housing and property management，the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of real estate industry in Weinan City were given，and the short-term trend of the development of real estate industry in Weinan City was predicted.
