本文阐述了楼宇经济发展的理论,剖析了国内外楼宇经济发展的典型模式及经验,基于对大西安楼宇经济发展现状的调查,分析存在的问题,提出大西安楼宇经济的发展思路以及构建楼宇经济的评价指标体系,为楼宇经济发展水平的量化提供了初步探索。最后,从产业政策、财政政策、金融政策、组织保障措施四个方面提出大西安楼宇经济发展的对策建议。
<<The building economy has gradually become an important part of China’s urban economic system. The development of the building economy in Greater Xi’an is still in its infancy,so need to accelerate development. This paper describes the theory of building economic development,analyzes the typical models of building economic development at home and abroad and summarizes the experience. Based on a survey of the current situation of building economic development in Xi’an,analyzes the existing problems,and put forward the development thinking of Greater Xi’an building economy and the evaluation index system of building economy,which provides a preliminary exploration for the quantification of building economic development level. Finally,from the four aspects of industrial policy,fiscal policy,financial policy and organizational safeguard measures,the countermeasures and suggestions for the building economy development of Greater Xi’an are put forward.
