With the continuous development of China’s economy and the aggravation of ecological problems such as global warming，the construction of green buildings in China has put forward more requirements in residential buildings. At present，the construction of green residential buildings in China needs to be improved，and the application of green building technology in Shaanxi Province is not perfect enough. Starting from the green building and its development，this paper systematically expounds the evaluation system of green building，illustrates and summarizes the application of green building technology in real estate development in Shaanxi Province，hoping to provide some reference value for the construction of green residential buildings in Shaanxi Province.
