Judging from the main indicators and composition of real estate development enterprise investment，the number of real estate development enterprises in Shaanxi Province has continuously increased，and the scale of investment has grown steadily. However，the strength of enterprises is weak，and 21% of the total enterprises with qualifications above the second level. From the perspective of various regions，more than 50% of enterprises are located in Xi’an（including Xixian New District），and the regional concentration is increasing. The business operation mainly relies on the sales income of commercial housing，and the proportion of land transfer income，housing rental income and other operating income is very low. The performance of first-line brand real estate enterprises is strong，market concentration is picking up，industry concentration is increasing，market demand mainly focuses on improving housing，and the trend of integration of real estate development enterprises with other industries will be further enhanced.
