In 2017-2018，housing prices in Shaanxi Province showed a rapid upward trend. The macroeconomic environment，government regulation and control policies，increased demand for real estate，and increased construction costs are the main reasons for the rise in housing prices. In order to make the real estate market in Shaanxi Province develop healthily，it is recommended to improve the housing supply system；strengthen the monitoring of the real estate market；and prepare for the introduction of property tax.
