为推动住房租赁市场健康快速发展，本报告运用市场调查、数据分析等方法，研究认为陕西省所属的10个城市在住房租赁规模、价格等方面存在明显差异。而西安作为省会城市，住房租赁市场有需求不足、供给有限等问题，租赁市场低水平运行。因此，政府需要加强规制。
<<In order to promote the development of house renting market，this paper uses market survey，data analysis and other methods to do the research. The result shows that 10 cities in Shaanxi Province have obvious differences in terms of the scales and prices of house renting. Xi’an is the capital city of Shaanxi. However，the insufficient demand and limited supply make the house renting market in Xi’an operates at a low level.
