2017-2018 in shaanxi province overfulfilled task goal of affordable housing construction，the policy system of indemnificatory housing was further improved，public rental housing and shanty housing reform were taken seriously and the common property right housing became a new direction of exploration；the construction of indemnificatory housing played an important role in “benefiting people’s livelihood，controlling house prices，and stable growth”. However，the value orientation，policies，regulations and systems of affordable housing construction still need to be clarified and improved.
