2000～2017年，全国31个省域卫生投入总量年均增长超过15%，其中25个省域总量年均增长超过20%，安徽、陕西、湖南、河南、江西处于总量增长及份额提升前5位；29个省域卫生投入人均值年均增长超过15%，其中21个省域人均值年均增长超过20%，安徽、陕西、河南、湖南、重庆处于人均值增长前5位。各省域卫生投入增长综合评价排行：无差距理想值横向测评，西藏、青海、云南、甘肃、广西为“2017年度卫生投入指数排名”前5位；自身基数值纵向测评，安徽、河南、陕西、湖南、重庆为“2000～2017年卫生投入指数提升”前5位；安徽、湖南、重庆、江西、河南为“2005～2017年卫生投入指数提升”前5位；广东、重庆、安徽、福建、海南为“2010～2017年卫生投入指数提升”前5位；安徽、内蒙古、青海、天津、海南为“2016～2017年卫生投入指数提升”前5位。
<<From 2000 to 2017，the total health investment increased with annual average of more than 15% in 31 provinces，in 25 of which by over 20%；Anhui，Shaanxi，Hunan，Henan and Jiangxi ranked top 5 in the total growth. The per capita value of health investment increased with annual average of more than 15% in 29 provinces，in 21 of which by over 20%；Anhui，Shaanxi，Henan，Hunan and Chongqing ranked top 5 in the per capita value growth. The rankings of the comprehensive evaluation of the health investment growth across the provinces are as follows：In the lateral evaluation of ideal value without urban-rural and regional gaps，Tibet，Qinghai，Yunnan，Gansu and Guangxi ranked top five in the “2017 annual health investment index leaders”；In the vertical evaluation of self-base value throughout the past years，Anhui，Henan，Shaanxi，Hunan and Chongqing ranked top five in the “2000-2017 health investment index runners-up”；Anhui，Hunan，Chongqing，Jiangxi and Henan ranked top five in the “2005-2017 health investment index runners-up”；Guangdong，Chongqing，Anhui，Fujian and Hainan ranked top five in the “2010-2017 health investment index runners-up”；Anhui，Inner Mongolia，Qinghai，Tianjin and Hainan ranked top five in the “2016-2017 health investment index runners-up”.
