In 2018，the Henan government’s legislation insisted on the guiding principle of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the Party’s 19th National Congress，adhered to scientific legislation，democratic legislation，and legislation according to law，and innovated and promoted the “1543” legislative work mechanism. All this promote the rule of law，standardization，democratization and science of legislation so as to promote and guarantee the high quality of economic and social development.
