The system of honest talk is an innovation to administer the Party strictly in an all-round way. which plays an important role in the prevention and control of corruption in universities in Henan province. The system of honest talk have institutional advantages，such as easier acceptance of the interviewees，easy to find problems in time，and closer relations between the Discipline Commission and Party members. In order to improve the system of honest talk in the future，we should focus on standardizing the procedure and content of honest talk and deepening the reform of “dual leadership” of discipline commissions in Colleges and universities.
