The law enforcement inspection of Henan People’s Congress has been carried out in many aspects，such as feeding back social hot spots，undertaking the entrustment of National People’s Congress and operating in multilevel system，it has achieved initial results. However，the current law enforcement inspection is still insufficient in public participation，the means and methods need to be improved，and the problem rectification and effective improvement need to be further strengthened. In the future，our province should focus around people’s need of rule of law，build the matching participation platform，open channels for opinions collection，apply public opinion polling methods，to ensure the law enforcement inspection embody democratic orientation and accurately grasp people’s demands. we should accelerate the standardization of law enforcement inspection，promote the establishment of rules and regulations in relevant fields，and achieve the complete installment of authorities and responsibilities，ways and means，as well as design and operation. Aiming at the problem rectification after law enforcement inspection，we should focus on fully using statuary powers，constantly explore new supervision and accountability methods of law enforcement inspection in light of reality，so as to promote the actual effect of law enforcement inspection.
