In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics，especially under the background of the challenge of population aging，the implementation of health China strategy and the promotion of healthy city and healthy village construction，this paper tries to explore the basic connotation，main characteristics and important functions of health culture，and then comb and refine the health culture practice characteristics in Hainan Province，especially in its three typical cities and counties，the implementation path to develop health culture is presented.
