Community old-age service is a new socialized pension model between home pension and institutional pension. It can provide necessary support and supplement for home care，and is an important link in the construction of Beijing’s sub-center pension service system. The community old-age service station is the main carrier of community care. The Beijing’s sub-center is developing the station to meet the material and spiritual needs of the elderly. In practice，there are still problems such as incomplete community pension facilities，unimproved work mechanism of old-age care the poor old-age service team and low social participation. It is suggested that the Beijing sub-center should research on the elderly-friendly international harmonious and livable capital，and actively respond to the aging society through the various plans of the sub-center，and constantly improve the construction of the community-based old-age care service system.
