The old-age community service station is the innovative project of Beijing to lay a solid foundation for home-based elderly care services，to perfect system of elderly care service，and to promote old-age service development，so as to better satisfy the diversified old-age service needs of old people in the community. This article argues that two aspects of the problems should be solved in the process of construction，operation and development of the old-age community service stations. One is that the top-level design should be strengthened by the government to get through the “last kilometer” of policy service. The other is that the subject of operation should be good at helping seeking and self-development simultaneously to consummate the elderly care service of “Three deliveries and Four Hierarchies”.
