The fifth-generation mobile communication technology has advanced technical advantages and broad application prospects. The 5G technology will be deeply integrated with social production fields，bringing new technological application scenarios and profoundly changing people’s production and lifestyle. Studying the innovative application of 5G in the community nursing has certain theoretical significance and practical guiding significance. This paper firstly analyzes the evolution of previous generations of mobile communication technology standards，and points out the characteristics of 5G technology；then focuses on the analysis of the application scenarios of 5G technology in community nursing and the positive effects on the development of community nursing. The paper also points out the difficulties and problems in the application process，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
