In 2018，the industrial investment structure of Jiayuguan City was adjusted in depth，the infrastructure drive was obvious，and the effect of capital struggle was remarkable，but the motive force of fixed assets investment was insufficient，and the growth rate continued to run at a low level. Influenced by the complex and uncertain macro-environment，structural adjustment，financial deleveraging，real estate regulation，new and old kinetic energy conversion and other factors，the investment operation in 2019 faces many difficulties and problems，and the pressure to promote investment and stable growth is greater. This paper analyses the operation of fixed assets investment in 2018，reveals the outstanding problems existing in the operation of investment，and makes a preliminary judgment on fixed assets investment in 2019.
