Beijing Social Organization Development Center （BSDC），originally a public institution under the local government，became a service platform operated by a social organization in 2015. As a city level platform，the center has not only provided social organizations with supports on incubation，capacity building and resources allocation，it has also taken the administrative responsibilities on policy inquiry，preparation of annual inspection and registration helpdesk on behalf of Beijing Social Organization Administration Office. This has led the way to innovative social organization management in Beijing and beyond.

In the past three years，the Center has streamlined cooperative mechanism，service philosophy，and service theory and innovative ways of operation. The service philosophy of “two-way supports，diversified participation，and mutual benefits” and the incubation model of “social organizations help social organizations” have been proved to be very effective. The actual example for social organization take the roles of governmental agencies and build social organization incubation system to realize self-management and social progress.
