Social organization reforms have become an important breakthrough with rural revitalization in the new era，promoting the healthy and orderly development of rural social organizations. Social organization is an important foundation for accelerating the orderly advancement of rural revitalization strategy. Since rural revitalization needs to promote the all-round revitalization，such as：rural industries，talents，culture，and ecology. Social organization is the essence of organizational revitalization. At present，social organizations are in the initial stage of development in the overall consideration of the rural revitalization. On the one hand，they began to be highlighted. On the other hand，they have mainly been incorporated into the framework of the sound rural grassroots service system，and have yet to be strategically planned and positioned in the long term. Rural social organizations are generally considered to be relatively small in number and backward in development compared with other social organizations. Both quantity and quality have not yet fully played their dominant role in promoting rural revitalization，nor have they effectively improved the performance of rural social governance and the level of peasant autonomy. At present，rural social organizations have made important contributions in promoting rural revitalization and improving rural social governance. They also face at least three general problems，such as：organizing，institution and relations，which need to be targeted and solved.
