Strategies for rural rejuvenation as one of the arrangements to strengthen China and enrich its people proposed by Party General Secretary Xi Jinping in the 19th Party Congress proves to be an important measure to bridge the gap between the rural and urban areas for the present. On September 26，2018，China officially released the Strategic Plan for Rural Rejuvenation （2018-2022），which detailed a series of major projects，plans and actions designed by the top leadership，serving as a guide for all regions and cities to implement the strategies for rural rejuvenation. Anhui as a major agricultural province ranks top nationwide in terms of production and scale of agricultural products，but still lags behind in its stride towards a powerful province of agriculture. The report provides a summary and analysis of practices and experiences of cities and regions in China that center around the 20-word general requirement，and proposes relevant policy recommendations based on the analyses of advantages and disadvantages in rejuvenation of rural Anhui，which both serve as advice and suggestions for Anhui to win the war on poverty and further implement rural rejuvenation strategies.
