本文通过对2018年度跨文化传播系列案例的研究,希冀梳理出中国跨文化传播实践创新的路径,探寻促进多元文化共同发展的新理念。研究基于4个分析维度对逾14万字的文本按照观念创新、内容创新、平台创新进行分类,最终确定10类共计18个典型案例。研究发现:观念创新较为集中地凸显人类命运共同体的多元文化表达,内容创新在共通意义空间中努力探寻话语创新的可能性,平台创新通过新媒体搭建跨文化虚拟共同体。2018年的整体情况表明,中国各类传播主体正在自觉或不自觉地实践跨文化传播。观念创新主要解决“为什么”的问题,在逆全球化的对抗性压力下,中国对外传播需要更明确、更亲切地表达共建和谐世界的人类命运共同体理念,多元文化共同体构建已凸显时代的重要价值。内容创新主要表明“做什么”,通过话语创新塑造共文化空间的可能性已然呈现,我们需要更多地包容不同的声音,提升处理跨文化冲突的能力。平台创新主要突破“通过什么”这一传播基础层的建设难题,不断优化的新技术正在创造可协商的语义空间和创作生态。
<<This paper aims to sort out the multiple paths of China’s Innovation Practices on Intercultural Communication in 2018 and explores the new ideas to promote the joint development of diverse cultures by the cases study. Based on four analytical dimensions,this study classifies a text of over 140000 words according to concept innovation,content innovation,and platform innovation,and finally determines 18 typical cases in 10 categories. This research finds that concept innovation highlights the multicultural expression of “a community with shared future for humanity”,content innovation tries to explore the possibility of discourse innovation in the common meaning space,and platform innovation builds an intercultural virtual community through new media. The overall cases in 2018 show that various Chinese communication subjects are practicing intercultural communication consciously or unconsciously. The concept innovation mainly solves the problem of “how to do”. Under the confrontational pressure of de-globalization,China prefers to transmit the concept of “a community with shared future for humanity” with a clearer and friendlier expression. The construction of a multicultural community has highlighted its important value of times. Content innovation mainly indicates “what to do”. The possibility of shaping a co-cultural space through discourse innovation has already emerged. China needs to embrace more different voices and enhances the ability to deal with intercultural conflicts. Platform innovation mainly breaks through the construction issue of “through which channels”,which is the basic layer of communication infrastructure,and continuously optimized new technologies are creating a negotiable semantic space and creation ecology.
