鉴于创新性对于农技员在完成农技推广职能方面的重要性,本文对湖北951名农技员进行了问卷调查,分析结果显示,可以用E。M。罗杰斯的“创新先驱者”“早期采用者”“早期大众”“后期大众”“落后者”的标签,对农技员的创新性进行分类,不同创新类型的个体,在农技推广中使用社交媒体的方式上,表现出显著的差异。利用多项logistics回归模型进行分析,本文还发现,大众媒体接触变量如“每天看电视时长”“每天上网时长”“每周阅读杂志频率”,社会资本变量如“社会网络规模”以及年龄等,对农技员个体所属的创新类型均有显著的影响。
<<In view of the importance of innovation for agricultural technicians in fulfilling the function of agricultural technology extension,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 951 agricultural technicians in Hubei Province. The results showed that the innovativeness of agricultural technicians could be classified by Rogers’labels of “innovative pioneer”,“early adopter”,“early mass”,“late mass” and “backward person”. And different innovative types show significant differences in the way they use social media in agricultural technology promotion. In addition,using multiple logistic regression models,we found that mass media exposure variables such as “TV viewing time per day”,“Internet surfing time per day”,“magazine reading frequency per week”,social capital variables such as “social network size” and age have significant effects on the innovation types of individual agricultural technicians.
