近年来河南省陆续实施了一系列促进农民增收的支农政策，为了解支农政策在促进河南农民增收方面的实施效果，本文基于2017年河南各省辖市的投入与产出数据，利用DEA模型对促进农民增收的支农政策的效率进行测算和分析。结果显示，2017年河南各省辖市的总体技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率存在较为明显的地区差异，对此，提出构建现代乡村产业体系、深化实施支农政策、调整现有政策结构等对策建议。
<<In recent years，Henan Province has implemented a series of supporting policies to promote farmers’income. In order to understand the effect of supporting policies in promoting farmers’ income in Henan Province，based on the input and output data of Henan provinces and cities in 2017，DEA model is used to calculate and analyze the efficiency of supporting policies to promote farmers’income. The results show that there are obvious regional differences in overall technical efficiency，pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency among Henan provinces and municipalities in 2017. Therefore，specific improvement plans and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
