With the rapid development of industrialized urbanization，the development of small farmers in Henan faces many challenges. It is particularly important to change traditional smallholder farming and combine it with modern agriculture. However，the current mainstream view holds that the fundamental way to achieve the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development is to increase the degree of organization of small farmers and expand the scale of operations，but practical experience shows that small farmers and small farmers can be improved by improving the organization and cooperation of small farmers. The organic connection of modern agricultural development faces many difficulties，and the expansion of its scale operation faces enormous constraints. Therefore，it is particularly urgent to seek new ideas and new paths for the seamless integration of small farmers and modern agriculture. From the perspective of the development of modern agricultural connotation，this paper explores the new path of the organic connection between Henan small farmers and modern agricultural development from the aspects of domestic resource endowment and agricultural product consumption demand. On this basis，it proposes corresponding measures to promote the organic connection between small farmers in Henan and modern agricultural development.
