2017~2018年农村电商新业态、新模式不断涌现,以阿里巴巴、京东、拼多多为代表的电商平台不断挖掘新的消费场景,形成新的消费热点。尽管电商在一、二线城市的发展已经进入了新零售时代,但是在广阔的农村市场,电商的发展尚处于相对较为原始的阶段。随着基于电商的基础设施的配套完善、农村用户消费意识的逐步觉醒、电商巨头对于农村市场的反哺将会让农村电商的发展进入一个全新的阶段。虽然目前看来任重道远,但一旦形成规模效应,农村新零售优势将爆发出巨大能量。同时,河南农村电商配套设施尚未完备,电商优势尚未完全发挥,需要通过进一步健全服务体系,构建完善的双向物流体系等措施进一步促进其发展。

Although the development of e-commerce in first-and second-tier cities has entered the new retail era,in the vast rural market,the development of e-commerce is still in a relatively primitive stage. With the complete improvement of e-commerce-based infrastructure and the gradual awakening of rural users’ consumption awareness,the e-commerce giant’s feedback on the rural market will bring the development of rural e-commerce to a new stage. Although it seems that there is a long way to go,once the scale effect is formed,the new rural retail advantage will burst into enormous energy.
