As an agricultural province rich in characteristic agricultural resources，Henan is in a new stage of promoting agriculture from increasing production to improving quality. To further expand and strengthen the province’s characteristic agriculture，it is necessary to promote the upgrading of characteristic agriculture，realize the organic unity of improving quality and efficiency，and lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
