In this study，we take the investment in fixed assets of Henan province as a perspective，and analyze the strategic significance of investment in fixed assets for Henan economy. Then，we use some index such as fixed assets investment effectiveness coefficient，incremental capital output ratio to analyze the Investment efficiency in Henan Province. At last，some suggestions such as optimizing the investment structure of fixed assets，increasing investment in innovation-driven areas are put forward to improve the efficiency of investment in fixed assets in Henan province.
