饮食文化是体现国家特色与文化的代表性媒介,也是国家宝贵的资产。不论东方或西方,对语言或历史熟悉与否,一个国家独有的饮食文化是其与世人沟通与交流的重心。中餐作为中国饮食文化的集中表现,通过在海外发展,促进华侨华人经济发展,提升国家文化软实力,推动国际交流与合作。本文在综合分析海外中餐发展现状、存在问题和总结成功经验的基础上,提出提升工作思路。
<<Culinary culture is a representative medium which reflects national characteristics and culture,and is also a valuable asset of the country. Whether to be in the orient or the occident,whether to be familiar with language and history or not,a country’s unique culinary culture is the focus of communication and exchange with the world. As the concentrated expression of Chinese culinary culture,Chinese food promotes the economic development of overseas Chinese,enhances national cultural soft power,and encouraged international exchanges and cooperation through overseas development. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current development situation and problems of overseas Chinese food and a summary of the successful experience,this paper proposes the ideas of upgrading work.
