旅游服务出口是推动澳门经济增长的主要动力,2018年按支出法计算,“非本地居民在本地市场的消费支出”占同期GDP的73。7%。旅游六要素包括“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”,因此,餐饮业是澳门产业结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分。2019年2月18日公布的《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》是指导粤港澳大湾区当前和今后一个时期合作发展的纲领性文件。规划近期至2022年,远期展望到2035年。纲要提出以香港、澳门、广州、深圳四大中心城市作为区域发展的核心引擎,继续发挥比较优势做优做强,增强对周边区域发展的辐射带动作用,并支持香港、澳门、广州、佛山(顺德)弘扬特色饮食文化,共建世界美食之都。随着粤港澳大湾区市场一体化进程,以及跨境交通运输基建设施不断完善,澳门餐饮业发展面临的市场机遇与竞争挑战并存,业界必须时刻居安思危,不断提升自身竞争力。
<<Exports of tourism services are the main driver of Macao’s economic growth,with “non-local residents’ consumption expenditure in the local market” accounting for 73.7% of GDP in 2018 on an expenditure basis. The six elements of tourism include “eat,live,transport,travel,purchase and entertainment.” Therefore,the catering industry is an indispensable part of Macao’s industrial structure.The Development Plan for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,promulgated on February 18,2019,is a programmatic document guiding the current and future cooperation and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The Plan reaches 2022 in the near future and 2035 in the long term. The Outline proposes that Hong Kong,Macao,Guangzhou and Shenzhen should be regarded as the core engines of regional development,which shall continue to give full play to their comparative advantages,enhance their radiating and driving role in the development of surrounding regions,and support Hong Kong,Macao,Guangzhou and Foshan (Shunde) in promoting their characteristic culinary culture and jointly building the world’s gourmet city. With the process of market integration in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the continuous improvement of cross-border transport infrastructure,the development of Macao’s catering industry faces both market opportunities and competitive challenges. Therefore,the industry must always be prepared for danger and constantly improve its competitiveness.
